In a closely contested match throughout, the Campbell River Ravens and Oceanside Sharks laid it all on the line this game, both wanted the victory. Both teams played exceptionally well in the first period, with the Ravens taking a 3-2 lead into the intermission. The 2nd period proved to be the game changer as the Ravens scored two quickly to take a 5-2 lead before the Sharks could mount one of their own in the frame.

Each team was only able to muster 2 goals each in the final period as both goaltenders didn't want to be outdone by the other. Campbell River increased their points in the standings to 11 with the "W".

The Oceanside Sharks capped off their first season in the PNWJLL at the Save-On-Foods Arena in Victoria playing the Saanich Express. Manned with a few call-up's, the midgets accompanied the Sharks and played very well scoring a goal better each period (2, 3 & 4) in the contest. The home team outmatched the visitors this night, but the best part of the evening was yet to come.

At the end of the game; both teams wished to recognize the achievements and accomplishments of their graduating players. Oceanside had 3 graduating players and Saanich with 9. Check out their respective team posts acknowledging all of their players.
