PLAYOFF IMPLICATIONS ARE A POTENTIAL THIS WEEK

On Wednesday June 19th, Jayden Haftner and the Oceanside Sharks travel south to the Hub City to take on Jesse Delziel and the Nanaimo Timbermen at the Nanaimo Ice Centre. Game time: 8:00pm.

Then Saturday June 22nd, Nanaimo and Oceanside collide again but this time in Parksville. Game time: 8:00pm at Oceanside Place.

Noah Holler and the Westshore Bears travel north to Campbell River to face the Ravens on Sunday June 23rd at the Strathcona Gardens. Game time: 3:00pm.

The final game of the week will see Brenden Harstad and the Saanich Express travel up to Parksville on Sunday June 23rd to face his old team in the Oceanside Sharks. Game time: 4:00pm.

This weeks games have huge playoff implications for the Nanaimo Timbermen and Oceanside Sharks. Nothing short of a split will keep the Sharks within striking distance of the Timbermen and Ravens depending on Campbell Rivers' outcomes against the top teams in late June and early July. The T-Men have improved week in and week out, and now they are seeking to get a rope hold on at least the fourth and final playoff spot.
