The Pacific Northwest Junior Lacrosse League playoffs concluded on Saturday evening with the Saanich Express scoring the game winner with :44 seconds left to defeat the Westshore Bears in a very entertaining game. Fans were in and out of their seats cheering for both teams at the SaveOnFoods Memorial Centre for the entire 60 minute match.

The PNJWLL named goaltender Alex Pocetti of the Saanich Express the league's playoff Most Valuable Player.

Both the Westshore Bears and Saanich Express will now head to the lower mainland to play in this years' 2023 BCLA Junior B2 Provincial Tournament hosted by the Coquitlam Adanacs.
