PNWJLL All-Star Game - Huge Success

The Pacific Northwest Junior Lacrosse League held its All-Star Game in Nanaimo at the Nanaimo Ice Centre after a seven year absence. In an effort to recognize its players, staff and volunteers that put in numerous hours on and off the floor, the PNWJLL re-established its All-Star Game and it proved to be a "HUGE" success!

The PNWJLL Executive would like to thank the Nanaimo Timbermen for hosting the All-Star Game and for providing a wonderful post-game BBQ for all of the participants. The game was seen by approximately 200 fans and will surely be an annual event for the future.

"The league wanted to recognize its players and coaches for all of the hard work they've put in over recent years and to create new memories for the players and get over the pandemic that shut down lacrosse for virtually 2 seasons" said Brande Terris, Governor of the Nanaimo Timbermen. "We are only happy to help grow the game and showcase the talent here on the Island; showcase our league to attract the graduating midget players coming out of minor lacrosse".
